Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, we strive to ensure that the product images accurately represent the items you will receive. However, please note that due to variations in monitors and screens, colors may appear slightly different in person.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view and download your sales receipt by logging into your account and navigating to the ‘Order History’ section. From there, you can select the specific order and download the receipt.

How can I return an item?

We accept returns within 2 days of the purchase date. To initiate a return, please log into your account, go to ‘My Orders,’ select the order containing the item you wish to return, and follow the prompts to request a return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We strive to restock popular items as quickly as possible. However, some items may be limited edition or seasonal and may not be restocked once they are sold out. You can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when an item is back in stock.
