Do We Accept Returns?

Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions below.
Condition of Items
Items must be in new, unused condition.
Returns are accepted for products in their original packaging, with tags and accessories included.
Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Some items, like personalized or custom-made products, may not be eligible. Check the product description for specific eligibility.

Do you accept exchanges?

No we don’t accept exchanges. Ship back product first then place new order.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us
Reach out to us by email or live chat, providing your order number and the item you wish to return.

Receive Return Authorization
We will issue a Return Authorization Number along with return instructions.

Ship the Item
Send the item back to us following the instructions provided. Unless due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Returns

Once received, your return will be inspected. Approved returns will receive an email confirmation, and refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Restocking fee: No cost their is no restocking fee.

The total estimated amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 10 Days
