How We Operate
Troveloom operates exclusively as an online store. We do not operate a physical retail location or offer in-person shopping.
Orders may be processed and fulfilled through third-party suppliers, fulfillment warehouses, logistics providers, and shipping carriers. These partners help us prepare, dispatch, track, deliver, return, or replace eligible orders.
Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. Tracking information is provided when available.
Where We Ship
Troveloom currently ships to eligible street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. Complete handling times, transit estimates, delivery restrictions, and address requirements are provided in our Shipping Policy.
Payments and Checkout
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed during checkout and may include major credit or debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, depending on the customer's device and eligibility.
